Please take note of the following important information.

• Only fully paid registrations will be confirmed
• Notice of cancellation must be received in writing
• A 50% deduction of your registration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Monday, 31st July 2023 and a 75% deduction will be charged for cancellations received after Monday, 21st August 2023.
• No refunds will be processed after Monday, 04th September 2023.
